BRIEF HISTORY ON THE EVOLUTION OF SENTENCES AND CURRENT HUMAN RIGHTS

Resumo
It is observed that this research and literature review is concerned with gradually showing the evolution of feathers from early times to the present day. This article seeks to study the importance of these penalties in a historical context to their current applicability. A bibliographic research was carried out, carefully examining authors such as Alexandre de Moraes, Celso Delmanto, Fernando Capez, Michel Foucault, Damásio de Jesus, among others, intending to highlight the main points that directly influenced the current legal system, showing the tendency to respect the rights which is reflected in current condemnations, aiming, finally, at a reflection on the evolution of the community.
