The aim of the Brazilian Journal of Economic and Business Sciences is to publish undergraduate theses (TCCs), articles, and theoretical and applied essays in Economics and related fields from a pluralistic perspective, embracing different schools of economic thought and research orientations.
The Brazilian Journal of Economic and Business Sciences does not charge any fees for submission, evaluation, processing, or publication. These practices are based on knowledge preservation and a high level of environmental consciousness. The research group's studies will be disseminated through publications and the organization of meetings and events, as well as through student mentoring. Some members of the research group are already involved in supporting technical committees and technological platforms, confirming their expertise for the proposed studies.
Peer Review Process
The evaluation process for articles and undergraduate theses submitted to the Brazilian Journal of Economic and Business Sciences follows a "blind review" system.
The entire evaluation process (both peer review and blind review) is based on quality criteria and adheres to good publication practices.
The article or thesis is submitted exclusively through the journal's website. The author(s) are identified only on a separate page. The submitted article should not contain any elements that identify the authors.
The editor subsequently sends the submitted work for review by two reviewers who are part of the Brazilian Journal of Economic and Business Sciences' team of evaluators. The journal also relies on the collaboration of external reviewers.
During the evaluation process, reviewers are instructed to consider the relevance of the topic, the originality of the contribution to the thematic areas of economics and other social sciences, the clarity of the text, the adequacy of the bibliography, the structure and theoretical development, the methodology used, and the conclusions presented in the work.
After the articles are evaluated by the reviewers, they undergo the following revisions: a) by the authors, to address the adjustments recommended by the reviewers; and b) by the technical committee of the Brazilian Journal of Economic and Business Sciences, for final revision and formatting of the article.
Frequency
The Brazilian Journal of Economic and Business Sciences is published quarterly in the repository, and online submissions are accepted continuously.
Open Access Policy
This repository provides immediate open access to its content, following the principle that freely disseminating scientific knowledge to the public promotes worldwide democratization of knowledge.

Fees for Submission and Publication of Texts
No fees are charged for the submission and processing of undergraduate theses (TCCs) and articles (APCs).
