Três desafios em avaliação e monitoramento da inclusão produtiva

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta e discute três grandes desafios das estratégias de avaliação e monitoramento dos programas de inclusão produtiva: a definição de trajetórias de superação da pobreza, a coleta de dados de habilidades e oportunidades e o monitoramento dinâmico dos indicadores finalísticos. Ao fim, o artigo discute algumas oportunidades que ajudam a superar esses e outros desafios no campo do monitoramento e avaliação da inclusão produtiva.
