O trabalho diário realizado em condições adversas, com o tempo, pode desencadear o aparecimento de diversos problemas, como o de saúde física ou mental e é por isso que as empresas devem compreender o relacionamento entre as condições de trabalho e seus possíveis reflexos no rendimento dos funcionários. Portanto, o objetivo geral deste trabalho foi analisar os aspectos ergonômicos dos postos de trabalho da biblioteca da Universidade, localizada no município de Marabá-PA a fim de diagnosticar os problemas e propor melhorias nesse setor. Já os objetivos específicos são: verificar as condições operacionais, ambientais e organizacionais do posto de trabalho. Através da Análise Ergonomica do trabalho, utilizando ferramentas como computadores e questionários, foi possível confirmar a importância da Análise Ergonomica do Trabalho no posto de trabalho. E portanto identificou-se na biblioteca  problemas relacionados a postura, ao mobiliário, e condições ambientais. No presente artigo encontra-se detalhadamente os problemas ergonômicos e posteriormente as soluções para os mesmos, com vista para os grandes benefícios que as melhorias proporcionariam para o funcinário, impactanto diretamente em seu rendimento para realizar as tarefas.

Daily work carried out in adverse conditions, over time, can trigger the emergence of various problems, such as physical or mental health, which is why companies must understand the relationship between working conditions and their possible effects on employee performance. employees. Therefore, the general objective of this work was to analyze the ergonomic aspects of workstations at the University library, located in the municipality of Marabá-PA, in order to diagnose problems and propose improvements in this sector. The specific objectives are: checking the operational, environmental and organizational conditions of the workplace. Through Ergonomic Work Analysis, using tools such as computers and questionnaires, it was possible to confirm the importance of Ergonomic Work Analysis in the workplace. Therefore, problems related to posture, furniture and environmental conditions were identified in the library. This article details the ergonomic problems and subsequently the solutions for them, with a view to the great benefits that the improvements would provide for the employee, directly impacting their performance in carrying out tasks.
