O presente trabalho mostra um estudo de caso feito em uma indústria de móveis tubulares situada no estado de Sergipe, Brasil. O objeto do estudo é realizar uma análise ergonômica ambiental e organizacional no setor de marcenaria e estofagem. Foram realizados experimentos e observações empíricas para levantamento de dados junto com a utilização da metodologia análise ergonômica do trabalho (AET). Com o levantamento de dados referentes a temperatura, umidade relativa, ruído, luminosidade e índice IBUTG. A temperatura e o nível de ruído mostraram-se acima do estabelecido em norma, os demais índices estão obedecendo esses limites. A análise feita através do método OWAS classificou a postura como número 2, demandando ações corretivas.

This work shows a case study carried out in a tubular furniture industry located in the state of Sergipe, Brazil. The object of the study is to carry out an environmental and organizational ergonomic analysis in the carpentry and upholstery sector. Experiments and empirical observations were carried out to collect data using the ergonomic work analysis (AET) methodology. With the collection of data regarding temperature, relative humidity, noise, luminosity and IBUTG index. The temperature and noise level were above the standards established, the other indices are complying with these limits. The analysis carried out using the OWAS method classified the posture as number 2, requiring corrective actions.
