Resumo
O objetivo deste estudo foi compreender o trabalho dos auxiliares e técnicos em enfermagem da Central de distribuição de materiais de um Hospital de Clínicas no Estado de Minas Gerais. Foi aplicado o índice de capacidade para o trabalho (ICT), o Questionário Nórdico e realizado análise ergonômica do trabalho (AET) juntamente com a ferramenta ergonômica Rapid Entire Boby Assessment (REBA) no setor de autoclave. Verificou-se que a média do ICT foi de 43, 66 (DP±5), que as regiões com maior número de sintomas foram pescoço, ombros, punhos, mãos e dedos. A AET identificou importante exigência física durante o trabalho, sendo necessária pronta intervenção.
Abstract
The aim of this study was to understand the work of nursing assistants and technicians work in the material´s distribution central in a Clinical Hospital in estate of Minas Gerais. It was applied to the Index Work Ability (ICT), the Nordic questionnaire and conducted an ergonomic analysis of work (AET) with ergonomic tool Boby Entire Rapid Assessment (REBA) in the sector of the autoclave. It was found that the mean ICT was 43, 66 (DP ± 5), neck, shoulder, wrists, hands and fingers were regions with most symptoms. After the AET, it was observed significant physical demands at work, equiring immediate intervention.
