Este trabalho tem como objetivo identificar os problemas enfrentados por pessoas com diferentes limitações quando algum dos componentes de acessibilidade espacial não é considerado em projetos de revitalização de edificações de arquitetura eclética. Os métodos empregados neste estudo foram visita exploratória com o registro de informações em planilhas e passeio acompanhado com pessoas que pudessem apresentar diferentes limitações frente ao espaço. Para a compreensão do referencial teórico abordado nesta pesquisa, definem-se conceitos de deficiência e restrição, assim como os diferentes componentes de acessibilidade espacial. A partir desse estudo, pode-se afirmar que, embora as edificações estejam passando por intervenções, muitos problemas ligados a acessibilidade espacial ainda podem ser identificados.

This work aims to identify the problems faced by people with different limitations when some of the components of spatial accessibility is not considered in revitalization projects of eclectic architecture buildings. The methods employed in this study were exploratory visit to recording information on spreadsheets and exploratory walks with people who might have different constraints facing the area. To understand the theoretical framework discussed in this study, we define concepts of disability and restriction, as well as the different components of spatial accessibility. From this study, it can be stated that although the buildings are undergoing interventions, many problems related to spatial accessibility can still be identified.
