Este artigo apresenta uma intervenção ergonômica nos postos de trabalho do Centro de Controle Operacional (CCO) em uma indústria mineradora, por meio do método de Análise Macroergonômica do Trabalho (AMT) (Guimarães, 1999), até a fase de apreciação ergonômica, verificando-se as condições de trabalho em um mapeamento de constrangimentos ergonômicos. Aplicaram-se entrevista estruturada com o supervisor (chefe de setor) para o entendimento sobre o funcionamento do sistema-alvo, entrevistas abertas e questionários fechados com os trabalhadores, além de observações a respeito das atividades das tarefas. Os resultados evidenciaram problemas de ordem: Biomecânica/antropométrica, Empresa, Cognitivo, Organizacional e Ambiental.

This paper presents an ergonomic intervention in the Operational Control Center (OCC) in a mining industry, through the method of Macro ergonomic Work Analysis (Guimarães, 1999), until the phase of ergonomic survey, verifying the conditions working on a mapping of ergonomic constraints. Implemented a structured interview with the supervisor (Section Chief) for the understanding of the functioning of the target system, open interviews and questionnaires with workers, as well as observations about the activities of the tasks. The results showed problems in order: Biomechanic / anthropometric, Company, Cognition, Organizational and Environmental.
