In order to internationalize our publication, we elected the Brazilian Journal of Anesthesiology as our official name, replacing the Revista Brasileira de Anestesiologia.

Brazilian Journal of Anesthesiolgy will follow our editorial production and our new website, that allied with SBA and the Journal, show new visual identity.

For the next year, following the new identity, we present new typograph and diagramation carefully selected to modernize our publication. Colors were choose inspired with the new SBA’s identity, allied with the modernization process of our cover.

The new graphic project forecast in the cover transparency, surety, professionalism and comfort. The typograph collaborates with these sensations, with the white comparing the Teal color.

All these changes came to improve our index, since 2016 we grew up robustly, enlarge the public’s acceptation and expand our presence and influence in the international scientific world.

With our publication’s modernization and the more emphatic present in the digital platforms, we have the purpose to add international authors in our Journal, as well as increase citation index, spending up to available scientific articles and medical reviewers.
