Resumo
Este trabalho, de cunho histórico-social, discute as diretrizes políticas que orientaram as ações dos membros da primeira diretoria do Sindicato dos Enfermeiros do Rio de Janeiro (SERJ) no período 1978-1981. Ao recorte temporal corresponde o período de reorganização e início da expansão do sindicalismo como força política inserida na conjuntura de "abertura" do regime militar, implantado no Brasil em 1964. Para dar conta da pesquisa traçamos os seguintes objetivos: discutir analisar a trajetória do movimento sindical dos enfermeiros no bojo do movimento sindical brasileiro e discutir a atuação da diretoria do SERJ no cenário político sindical. A categoria analítica Sindicato é a base de discussão dos resultados, a qual é respaldada por autores tais como : Ricardo Antunes e Armando Boito. Os sujeitos da pesquisa são as enfermeiras que integraram a primeira diretoria do SERJ, e as fontes primarias de dados são : documentos pertencentes aos arquivos do SERJ e depoimentos dos sujeitos do estudo, os quais foram tomados na perspectiva da História Oral. Os resultados apontam contradições principalmente no que se refere à tríade; visão de mundo/atuação político-sindical do SERJI/contexto sócio-histórico da época.
Abstract
This paper discusses from a social and historical perspective the actions of the first board of directors of the Syndicate of Rio de Janeiro (SERJ) from 1978 to 1981. This period corresponds to the reorganization and beginning of the expansion of labour unions as a political force within the context of the "overture" promoted by the Brazilian military government, established in 1964. In order to accomplish this task, the following goals were outlined: to analyse the course followed by the syndicate of nurse's scenario. The analytical category "syndicate" is the basis for discussion of the results, supported by authors such as Ricardo Antunes and Armando Boito. The subjects of the ressearch are the nurses who were membrs of SERJ's board of directors; the primery sources are: documents belonging to SERJ's files as well as declarations by the subjects of research, taken from the perspective of Oral History. Results point out contradictions, especially with regard to the triad: world's outlook I SERJ's engagement in political and labour union's movements I social and historical context of the period.
